Returns

As a small business, we will not cover postage costs for any returns (if applicable)

 

As all jewellery is made to order, your item has specifically been made for you. This means I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please take time when ordering your products. If you have ordered the incorrect ring size, alterations to the size can be done if applicable, at an additional charge. (Items that cannot be resized are sea glass rings, the BOWA ring and the Mlini ring).

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If by any chance your jewellery is faulty, then please email me at barracudajewellery@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
